48 hours notice is required for cancellations, failing to give 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee.
In the unlikely event you are unsatisfied with the outcome of your hair, By Mahalia offers adjustments by the same stylist for 14 days following your appointment.
Adjustments requested after 14 days will no longer be complimentary.
By Mahalia uses Vish Smart Scales to accurately record each guests colour usage. All colour costs that exceed the standard allowance will be added to the final bill.
