48 hours notice is required for cancellations, failing to give 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee.
In the unlikely event you are unsatisfied with the outcome of your hair, By Mahalia offers adjustments for 14 days following your appointment.
Adjustments requested after 14 days will no longer be complimentary.
